SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

First off, thank you for your order.  Once your order is placed we will ship your product within 24 hours.  Once your product is shipped we will email you a tracking number for your order.

 

We provide 1-3 Day Shipping on all of our shipments

Please use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.  If you do not receive your product within the given time frame then please do the following

     1) Check the tracking number to see if the package has been "delivered"

     2) Check the address to make sure it is correct

     3) If everything looks correct then please contact us at sales@erasedproducts.com

     4) Once we receive an email we will look into the problem and respond to you               within 1-2 business days

     5) If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email us

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Backorders:

We do not sell any product that is not in stock.  If a product is back-ordered we will usually have new product within 2-3 weeks.  We apologize for the inconvenience.​ Please don't hesitate to email us with comments or concerns.

Damaged Products:

If you receive product that is damaged then first off we are terribly sorry.  Secondly please do the following.

     1) Do not open the product

     2) Please take a picture of the damaged product and email it to us at                             info@erasedproducts.com

    3) We will respond to your email with instructions in order to give you a refund or          exchange the product

Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with Erased Products please contact us at info@erasedproducts.com.  We will review your email and contact you to make the situation right.
